Using a short section of 5mm tech cord can be a good, compact option when rigging on bolts. Bolted anchors often do not require long sections of material, since many bolted anchors do not need to be extended past edges (some do though). And bolts are often very close to each other, which also means you may not need a bulky, standard cordelette or similar solution.
